Biodiversity and low food miles 

Everything that is grown on our family farm in Ardmayle Cashel is completely free from chemicals and pesticides so you can have assurance in our produce.

The farm produce will be sold locally in the Munster area, so it clocks up the least carbon miles possible. 

We are also diligent in caring for the environment and biodiversity at our farm and have designated nature havens including wild hedging and a no-cut policy on our borders and headlands to let those little critters get some cover and of course lots of bee-friendly flowers!
