Annie is a horticulturist with over 17 years experience growing.

Annie's was awarded diploma from UCC in Speciality Food Production,

During this course she gained a very extensive knowledge in the food industry

Module 4 - Nutrition and Sensory Science

Module 5 - Speciality Food Marketing and Distribution 
Module 6 - Food Microbiology

Module 9 - Speciality Food Production Assignment

Annie has also completed a level 5 in Organic Horticulture + Train the Trainer so is qualified to teach Horticulture.

Annie is level 5 HACCP trained and certified . 

 

 



All our on farm veg and salad is hand sown and when ready is all hand harvested ! 

Annie's Farm have a market in Cashel every Friday from 10am. ( Paused)
Annie's Farm will have a Veg Box scheme where we harvest fresh veg and deliver it straight to your door (or you can collect )once a week . 
Here at Annie's farm we aim to provide the highest quality artisan & speciality produce to the local markets and restaurants .
